— What if I don't want to give up? — Then you simply have no right whatsoever to complain.

We always have 50 or more reasons why today is not the best day for change and new beginnings. And usually only one reason why it is: 'Because I WANT TO. Because this matters to me.'

This is all I want to tell you.

1. Build a morning ritual. To stay charged all day. Write every morning about why you're great, why you're strong, why you're the best. Add meditation or a run. At some point I was fired up by the song 'I Am Free.' I'd turn it on and feel like I had wings. Find your trigger. Build your morning.

  1. Don't wait for the quarantine to end.
  2. Cut all costs and unnecessary expenses. Move everything to variable costs.
  3. Sign up for online business courses. Move everything online.
  4. Connect with your most resourceful contacts — those who know what to do.

Pretend that things are as they are now — forever. How will you act in that reality?

Right now the most serious problem is not the crisis, the falling ruble, the virus, the shortage of groceries. The most serious problem is mindset — or rather, its absence. Imagine you're in a desert. Clearly, if it were a city park or a familiar neighborhood — the options would be different. But in the desert, you don't spend time lamenting. You look for water. You move.

Breathe out, quiet the noise in your head, and start acting. Even though it'll shake you every day — you'll need to artificially pump yourself with energy every day, tune yourself toward success and move forward. Understand this: you have to be a little bit unreasonable right now. Because reasonable people are waiting for the right moment. And that moment is never coming.
