I was like that. Imagine — I'd already been in this field for 7 years. And almost nobody knew me. In 7 years you can build an empire. But I spent those years fighting for quality and battling my own beliefs.

How do you keep a great product when you scale? To build the program, to engage 30 people and then 30,000 — I had to think about scale. How do you deliver value online? I understood how to do it in a small live group. But that level of engagement — could it be replicated at scale?

And finally, all the experiments and research were done. Everything worked out. 26,000 hours of work. I finally managed to step out of the 'for insiders only' circle and do something truly massive. 30 students per month became 2,000. And the quality only improved.

I stopped being just Igor Graf and created Sfera University.

Because I have the opportunity to unite incredible people with open hearts, serving a higher purpose. And to help them walk this path together. For the same reason, I never created a brand, never filed a patent on a dozen proprietary methods, never rushed to trademark everything. The mission is bigger than the brand.

And it's happening. I see how you share, how you try to help your friends and relatives, how you want to pass on what you've lived through yourself.

The final thought. At a conference in San Francisco, I had several insights. One you already know — the '100 likes = 100 real people' insight. But there was one I hadn't shared. It was this thought: 'What if I stop caring about what others think — and just do the most important thing?'

There are people who share my values. Who understand what we're doing and how. Who've even lived through it themselves and see results. 30% of them even volunteer in university programs. Not because they're poor and need work — because they believe in the mission.

The goal: to open 50 branches of the project in regions around the world by 2020 — selecting 50 people. Starting with 10 to test all the nuances. We've already determined the cost of the annual license, 50% of which goes to marketing and the team so the branch owner can focus on what matters.

The goal: within 6 months, each branch earns the owner 1 million, and within 12 months reaches 1M in net income.

Why? First, so the person can dedicate their life to one project without worrying about money — and live well. Second, to earn 1 million, you need to deliver enormous value. That means thousands of clients. In fact, I guarantee: if we don't hit the result — I'll return every penny.

After selecting the first 10 people, in the third week of January we'll gather together for 14 days in Bali — renting a camp and working as one team on the project. I'll teach public speaking, mentorship, business, and management.

Everything may still be adjusted when we hit reality. But I know one thing for certain. I never give up. I will never abandon this and will see the project through to a result.
